Simplifying Notice Management: The 5 Levels of Automation from Nationwide Notice, Inc.
At Nationwide Notice, Inc., we know that no two businesses are alike‐especially when it comes to how you manage your preliminary notices. Some clients are just getting started, while others have complex systems and high volumes of projects. That's why we offer five flexible levels of automation to fit every need, team, and technology level.
Here's a simple breakdown of each level, so you can see where you are now‐and where you might want to go.
Level 1: Spreadsheets ‐ Easy and Manual
This is the simplest way to begin. We'll provide you with a sample spreadsheet to follow. You fill it out and upload it into our system. Once the data is imported, we apply helpful business rules like removing duplicates or skipping clients on your ″Do Not Notice″ list.
This is a great starting point for clients who are new to the process or don't need frequent notices.
Level 2: CSV Flat File ‐ Scheduled and Automated
Take it one step further with scheduled automation. Your system creates a CSV file at set times and sends it to us via secure SFTP.
You can choose whether:
• All orders are automatically sent, or
• You review and approve them before they go out
We can also set up automatic email reports, including:
• Exceptions
• Order confirmations
• Any custom report you need
Perfect for clients who want consistent automation without real‐time integration.
Level 3: Jobs System ‐ Smart and Legal-Tuned
Our Jobs System connects to your Accounts Receivable data and checks daily to determine what notices need to go out and when‐based on the laws of each state.
We'll apply both legal rules and any business rules you want. It's a hands‐off way to stay compliant and efficient.
This level is ideal for larger clients who want smart automation and state‐by‐state compliance built into their workflow.
Level 4: API Integration ‐ Real‐Time and Fully Custom
For clients with strong IT resources, we offer real‐time API integration. Your system applies the business logic and pushes order data to us directly.
You can also use our API to:
• Automate lien waiver creation (for both customers and vendors)
• Monitor order statuses
• Access reports on demand
This level gives you full control and maximum efficiency.
Level 5: Job Info Request Page ‐ Customer‐Driven Automation
Don't have a development team? No problem.
With this feature, you can send your customer a Job Info Request Page. Once they fill it out, you get a PDF copy‐and the data flows right into our system.
Depending on your needs, the request can trigger:
• A Full Service Request ‐ We research and send the notice
• A Self Service Request ‐ We send based only on the info your customer provided
• A Research Request ‐ We verify, but no notice is sent (great for states like Texas, Tennessee, or Louisiana)
• A Job Info Request ‐ We store the information for later use
If your customer doesn't respond within three days, you'll get an email reminder with an option to resend the request.
It's a great solution for clients with fewer IT resources who still want to streamline their process.
Find the Right Fit for You
Whether you're manually uploading spreadsheets or running full API integrations, Nationwide Notice, Inc. offers automation options to match your current process‐and make it easier every step of the way.
